Description

The story
Former DEA agent Jack Ryan travels to the Caribbean after receiving a desperate message from his brother. What begins as a rescue mission uncovers an operation turning people into cybernetic weapons, and Jack discovers that his missing brother has become one of its unwilling subjects.

David Bradley faces John Rhys-Davies in Sam Firstenberg’s science-fiction action film, with Todd Jensen as the brother caught in the experiment. Cyborg Cop combines a family rescue story with martial-arts confrontations and human-machine adversaries, offering the mechanical mayhem and personal stakes of early-1990s action cinema.
